La Piazza Tenera was created in 2005 specially for the THING exhibition at the Hammer Museum in Los Angeles. The piece is made of over a hundred handmade tiles that were replicated from Silvia Fendi’s holiday home in Italy. The piece standing over 8ft tall explores space and the architectural form.


Material - Handmade ceramic tile, photographs, wood, paint, grape vines and found objects
